Over July and August, the project team focused on completing bulk excavation and on installing permanent excavation support and dewatering systems. Works have progressed in line with the approved schedule, with only a limited portion of excavation remaining to reach final formation levels.
The removal of excavated material is nearly complete, while the supporting infrastructure is fully complete. Steel I-beams and precast concrete panels have been installed to provide permanent support to the excavation. The dewatering system is fully operational, with groundwater effectively controlled below formation level and stable working conditions maintained across the site.
With the remaining excavation expected to be completed within the first week of August, the project is preparing to advance to the next major construction milestone as Helvetia Verde begins to rise.
