Blagoje Antic, CEO and Founder of DHG Group, and Milos Antic, Executive Vice Chairman, conducted a site inspection of Helvetia Residences ahead of completion, confirming that construction is progressing in line with DHG's Swiss standards of precision and quality.
Over the past period, several key milestones have been achieved. The building façade has been fully completed, giving Helvetia Residences its final architectural appearance. All balcony works have also been completed across the development.
Inside the building, apartment fit-out and interior finishing activities are in their final stages, with works currently focused on the uppermost floors. Joinery installation is nearing completion throughout the development, while kitchen appliances are now being installed in the residences.
At the same time, the development's amenities are entering their final stages, bringing the lifestyle offering to life.
Helvetia Residences remains on schedule for completion by the end of July, representing a major milestone in DHG Properties' growth in Dubai.
