Arabian Business interviews DHG Executive Vice Chairman Milos Antic

In the interview, Milos Antic discusses the significance of completing Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, marking an important milestone since DHG entered the UAE market. The 25-storey development comprising 430 residences was completed in just two years, demonstrating the Group’s ability to transfer more than three decades of Swiss development and construction expertise to one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.

He also explains what “Swiss quality” means in practice for DHG Properties and how the company intends to maintain the same standards as its UAE portfolio expands. With Helvetia Verde in Meydan Horizon and Helvetia Marine on Dubai Islands currently under construction, the company is progressively diversifying its presence across different locations, residential concepts and customer profiles.

The conversation also looks beyond development. Antic discusses the establishment of DHG Property Management and Helvetia Stays as part of the Group’s strategy to replicate in the UAE the vertically integrated business model it has successfully operated in Switzerland. The expanded offering is designed to support homeowners beyond handover through investment advisory, long-term and short-term rentals, resale services and holiday home management.

Speaking about his role as the second generation of the family-owned business, Antic reflects on carrying forward the foundations established by his father, DHG Founder, Chairman and CEO Blagoje Antic, while helping shape the Group’s next phase of growth. International expansion remains a key focus, with DHG looking to strengthen its presence in established markets while identifying opportunities to expand its footprint further.
