Helvetia Residences Moves Toward Completion

DHG Properties’ inaugural residential development in Dubai is entering the final phase of construction. Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle is progressing on schedule, with overall project completion now at 87%.

Helvetia Residences Moves Toward Completion

The development has reached its final stage of construction, with a focus on advancing interior finishing works and façade installation. With full manpower on site, work is continuing without interruption. Blagoje Antic, CEO and Founder of DHG Group, conducted a regular site inspection this month, confirming that construction is progressing in line with Swiss quality standards.

Façade and Exterior Works

Façade installation is progressing across all building elevations. The key focus for this period was on aluminum frames, GRC panels, glass balustrades, balcony waterproofing, and screed. Each component is closely supervised as the exterior nears completion.

Interior Finishing and Joinery

Interior finishing work has reached levels 20 and 21, covering gypsum ceilings, corridor closures, and apartment fit-out, bringing the upper floors progressively closer to their final form. On the lower levels, joinery installations, which include wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, and vanity counters, are 33% complete and continue at a steady pace.

Amenities Taking Shape

Alongside the residential scope, installation works for the gym area have commenced, and construction of the padel court is now underway — two additions that will complete Helvetia Residences' full amenity offering for future residents.

Helvetia Residences remains on track, with momentum expected to continue through accelerated final installations and inspections in the upcoming period.
